These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and/or contributors of content.
Services Description
Air Care Pro provides professional HVAC, air duct cleaning, chimney sweep, and dryer vent cleaning services in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Greater Boston areas.
Our Services Include:
- Air duct and HVAC system cleaning
- Chimney sweep and inspection
- Chimney repair and maintenance
- Dryer vent cleaning
- Fireplace cleaning and inspection
- Related HVAC maintenance services
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and service location information
- Be present or have an authorized adult (18+) present during service
- Provide clear access to all areas requiring service
- Disclose any known hazards or special conditions
- Secure pets during service appointments
- Clear work areas of personal belongings when requested
- Provide accurate information about your HVAC system or chimney
- Follow any safety recommendations provided by our technicians
Pricing & Payment
Pricing
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars
- Advertised prices are starting prices and may vary based on property size, condition, and scope of work
- We provide free estimates before beginning work
- Additional charges may apply for emergency services, after-hours service, or extensive repairs
- Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service
- We accept cash, checks, and all major credit/debit cards
- A convenience fee may apply to credit card transactions
- For commercial accounts, NET 15 payment terms may be available upon approval
- Late payments may incur additional fees and interest
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice without penalty
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged 50% of the service cost
- Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis
Our Cancellation Rights
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment failure, technician illness, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide as much notice as possible and work to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
Warranties & Guarantees
Service Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to make it right.
Limitations
- We cannot guarantee prevention of all future issues
- Existing damage or deterioration may not be repairable
- Pre-existing conditions discovered during service are not covered by our service guarantee
- Customer neglect or failure to follow maintenance recommendations voids guarantees
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Air Care Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question
- We carry general liability insurance but are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions
- Customers are responsible for securing valuables and ensuring technician access to work areas
Note: We are fully licensed and insured. Any damage caused by our negligence during service will be covered by our insurance.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Air Care Pro and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first. We commit to working in good faith to resolve any issues directly.
Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any claims shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas (for Dallas operations) and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (for Boston operations), without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
